• ​To adopt any animal, you must be 18 years of age or have a parent/gaurdian sign a consent form for the sale.

• If you rent or live with other people, you must provide proof of their consent before purchasing an animal.

• The adoption application linked below MUST be completed and approved before you can reserve an animal.

• Breeders looking to buy breeding stock, please select the breeders application. You will be screened differently and given first choice before regular adopters.

• I reserve the right to deny a sale to any person for any reason if I do not feel comfortable with the situation or feel like it isn't a good fit.

• I am a closed rodentry. Illness and diesease is easily spread and I take every precaution I can to keep my babies safe and healthy. I cannot garuntee what people have been exposed to, and so I will not risk the chance of someone accidently infecting my animals by bringing foot traffic through the rodentry.

• I will only take reservations on animals that are marked as availible, if you meet all of the above criteria I will hold for 24hrs without a deposit. If you do not pick them up or put a deposit down within that time period, they will be marked as availible again.

• After the 24hr grace period, you can put 50% down to hold them up to one week (not including the 24hr grace period).

• After 48hrs (not including the 24hr grace period) this is nonrefundable in order to cover the cost of caring for them while they are reserved. If you have not picked them up in that time period, the deposit will be kept and they will be marked as availible again.

• In certain circumstances I will make an acception on the holding period, you may submit a request below and we can discuss it further. I do my best to work with you, but I still reserve the right to refuse for any reason if necessary.

• If you do not follow the process lined out above, it is first come first served

• If an animal is not marked as availible, it is not for sale and are not able to be reserved.

• I have my policies and adoption process in place in order to do everything in my power to garuntee the best fit for everyone. Sadly sometimes things don't work out as planned, in which case you are required to return any animals back to me. This garuntees that I can keep track of who my babies are with, and keep a relationship with the family that adopts them so I can keep up with them as they age. You will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to return them back to me if you cannot keep them, regarless of the situation.

• You can return your animal with no refund if you cannot keep your pet due to circumstances that have been covered in the process/something preventable and in your control such as: 

  • your house mates require you to get rid of them​

  • a parent did not approve of the sale

  • accidental pregnancy while in your care

  • lost intrest

  • etc.

• You can return your animal for a 50% refund if you cannot keep your pet due to circumstances outside of your control within 30 days of purchase such as:

  • Extreme allergies you were unaware of​

  • You have to move due to extreme/unforseen circumstances

  • Sudden family death 

  • Sudden health issues

  • Cannot afford vet care

  • etc.

  • After 30 days, you will still be required to return them to me but no refund will be availible. 

• You can return your animal for a full refund if there is an issue that could've/should've been prevented by yours truly. This will be outlined in each species policy that will be sent with you as conditons will vary. Some examples may be:

  • Sold with mites/lice​

  • Sold with symptoms of URI

  • Skittishness that is not due to enviromental stressors (ie being taunted by kids or pets)

  • Agression of any kind

  • Genetic health issues such as malclussion

• Improper qaurentine will void any refund when returning for health reasons. Returns past the deadline

• I will only sell same sex pairs, period, unless species dynamics dictate otherwise (ie, male mice, etc)

• Animals are NOT to be bred for ANY reason unless it is explicity agreed upon by both parties when going through the adoption process. If you are caught breeding, you will be banned from buying from me again!

• Pickup will be at Rosauers 5912 WA-291, Nine Mile Falls, 99026 at an agreed upon time.

• I will confirm with you 24hrs in advance, if you do not confirm at least 2hrs before our set meeting time I will assume you no longer want them and will mark them back up as availible.

• I will wait up to 15mins past the meeting time. after which I will head home and post them back up as avilible.
